Mark’s story explains where and why he applies his energies today. A high school dropout at 16 years of age in his native Northern England industrial town. No qualifications, no purpose, no experience, and no skills.  What followed has been three + decades of rapid career success, living and working internationally in commercial leadership roles. Someone who struggled and failed in the classroom, thrived in the workplace. It was years later that Mark was able to connect the dots when he discovered the emerging field of Neuroscience in business and education; he had thrived in jobs and workplaces because they match his unique behaviors. Mark now applies neuroscience in workforce develop programs, eliminating silos and creating demand-driven ecosystems, connecting the classroom to the workplace, in The United States.
